Following a period of sustained growth and expansion, my client seeks a Senior Production Manager to lead their production facility near Barcelona, Spain.

As an innovative and forward-thinking business, they are looking to continue their Lean programme across their workforce. As Senior Production Manager, you will be well-versed in high-paced production processes and lean methodology - leading the Maintenance team towards WCM.

With full operational responsibility, the Senior Production Manager is tasked with enhancing site performance, driving daily, weekly and monthly KPIs agendas, and developing a continuous improvement culture throughout the site.

Reporting into the Plant Manager, you will be a key player in the strategic thinking for the whole organisation.

We are looking for high-calibre leaders with the following skills and experience:

• Fluent Spanish is a must
• Educated to Degree or equivalent level in a technical discipline
• Experience of leading a site(s) towards improving waste, equipment utilization, and quality
• Leadership and people management experience is essential - ideally within a change management program
• Previously identified, led, and successfully concluded capital expenditure projects
• Proactive in promoting Health and Safety in the working environment
