About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Test Engineer to join their team in Barcelona. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level engineer who is motivated to grow in testing and validation. You will play a key role in developing and executing test sequences, diagnosing issues, and supporting global teams to ensure the performance and reliability of our motor controller systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update software and test sequences for production testing of motor controllers.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues during production testing.
• Validate and verify the functionality and reliability of test stations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test reports, and procedures.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure tester performance.
• Support global engineering teams with technical issues.
• Participate in problem-solving processes to identify root causes and implement solutions.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Entry-level or recent graduate.
• Programming knowledge (preferably in C#; knowledge of C/C++ or similar languages is also acceptable).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, multicultural team.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
• Proficient in English and Spanish

Advantages
