We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day performance of our multilingual customer service team supporting a world-renowned hotel chain.
🧭 Your Mission
As our Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:
✔️ Overseeing daily operations of our multilingual customer service center
✔️ Ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to KPIs/SLAs
✔️ Leading, mentoring, and developing team leaders and agents
✔️ Collaborating with global stakeholders to align strategy and execution
✔️ Driving continuous improvement in customer experience and operational efficiency
🎯 What You Bring
✅ Extensive proven experience in customer service operations, preferably in hospitality, travel, or BPO
✅ Proven experience managing large, diverse, and multilingual teams
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Advanced Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
✅ Deep understanding of customer experience metrics, tools, and methodologies
✅ Residence in Spain and availability to work on-site in Málaga

Job Opportunity in Malaga
Location: Málaga, Spain
Contract Type: 9-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. 1-month trial period.
Monthly Salary: €1.502,39
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, including alternating weekends, between 09:00 and 23:00).
On-side Training: Get started with in-person training and work at our centrally-located Malaga office.
Start date: 10/11/2025.
