About The Role
The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while managing reservations, guest inquiries, and administrative tasks. This role ensures a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure, supporting the spa team in delivering exceptional service aligned with the hotel’s luxury standards.
What You Will Do

The Role of Assistant Director of People and Culture
The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for an Assistant Director of People and Culture to join our team.
The Assistant Director of People and Culture works closely alongside the Director of People and Culture and oversees the day to day running of the People and Culture function. The Assistant Director of People and Culture is as true driver of the employee experience. As an essential member of the People and Culture Team, you are responsible for assisting people bring their best selves to work, achieving their dreams, and building their self-confidence. The Assistant Director of People + Culture will oversee the growth and development of the People + Culture team, oversee activities including employee relations, workforce planning, coaching and development of both leaders and employees, and culture building.
People And Culture Functions
- Assess the needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas.
- Act as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations.
- Identify, analyze and initiate appropriate actions to resolve employee concerns.
- Manage the financial issues for the People and Culture budget including benefits, labor & salary reports and plan cost effective events within the People and Culture budget guidelines.

- Previous experience in similar position.
- Excellent writte and verbal skills. High level of English and a minimum average level of Spanish is required.
