As part of a business transformation, we are seeking an Interim Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain, logistics, quality, and regulatory functions. This role is critical in driving efficiency, improving lead times, reducing working capital, and strengthening supplier management, while supporting business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain (Planning, purchasing, logistics), quality, and regulatory
• Improving supply chain reducing lead-times and liberating working capital
• Special short term project to improve lead-times and OOS to Turkey
• Optimisation of payment terms and modalities with the aim to generate liquidity
• Implementing new supplier policies to unlock single sourcing dependencies, and extend supplier base
• Defining key suppliers (also by extending the current supplier base) in order to maximise leverage for next year to generate procurement savings
• Ensuring a high level of quality control
• Establish agile development of new products to reduce lead times to market and increase of launches
• Develop and implementation of a project externalizing logistic platform in to reduce operations costs
• Manage a team of 6 senior direct reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain and logistics management within the food industry or similar.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, supplier management, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated success in reducing lead times, optimizing working capital, and improving operational efficiency.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (Catalan is a plus).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver both short-term improvements and long-term value.
