Are you a proactive, people-first recruiter with a passion for uncovering top talent? We’re hiring an Internal Recruiter for a well-established and highly respected residential real estate company, where you’ll be the driving force behind building high-performing sales teams across Spain.
We’re looking for someone with a headhunting & proactive mentality - someone who’s relentless when it comes to sourcing, networking, and creating opportunities. You’ll be partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managers to actively target and attract Spain’s best brokers and sales professionals across residential and development-led real estate.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on proactive outreach and headhunting.
- Building and leveraging deep talent networks across Spain - from cold outreach to referral pipelines and attending events.
- Becoming a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across regions, advising on talent strategy, market trends, and hiring plans.
- Owning high-volume campaigns while ensuring quality and culture fit stay front and centre.
- Representing the brand in key markets: Palma, Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Marbella, and Barcelona.
- Enhancing the company’s presence with on-the-ground recruitment and in-market relationship building.
What we’re looking for:
- A track record in internal or agency recruitment, ideally in real estate, sales or other high-performance environments.
- Real comfort with headhunting, passive sourcing, and networking – you love reaching out, not waiting in.
- Experience managing fast-paced, high-volume campaigns without compromising on quality.
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and an organised, proactive mindset.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel across Spain to build in-person relationships.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
