Responsibilities
- Develop and apply AI-driven techniques (e.g., generative models, image synthesis, upscaling, inpainting) to support the creation and manipulation of digital visuals
- Collaborate with designers, creative directors, and producers to translate creative briefs into AI-assisted outputs
- Explore and test new AI tools and plugins (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion) for production use cases
- Create proof-of-concept artworks and visual content using generative AI, assisting the ideation process
- Maintain and iterate prompt libraries, training datasets (if applicable), and style guides for brand consistency
- Help educate internal teams on how to use AI tools effectively, responsibly, and ethically
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices in creative production
- Ensure outputs meet quality standards, are legally compliant, and align with brand/client expectations
Requirements
- Background in Design, Art Direction, Creative Technology, Computer Graphics, or similar
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly)
- Solid understanding of visual design principles (composition, color, branding)
- Familiarity with image editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and prompt engineering techniques
- Comfort working in a production environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and a strong interest in the future of creativity and automation
- (Optional but valued): Basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript) or experience working with APIs and AI models

The Post-Production Manager is responsible for managing a specialized team to ensure that post-production activities meet high standards of quality, productivity, and efficiency. Their role includes overseeing projects to deliver them on time and within budget, aligned with client expectations and the brand message. They also lead innovation, process automation, and collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
Responsabilities
- Key operational responsibility of the broadcast team, including adherence to KPIs for the below priorities: Quality, Utilisation, Productivity, Sourcing.
- The Post-Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing, nurturing, and improving a high-quality post-production operation.
- Collaborate with accounts, project manager and client teams to ensure creative productions meet client expectations.
- Train, and manage all PostProduction production staff.
- Oversee budgeting, planning, and resource allocation of all projects.
- Oversee studio activity.
- Ensuring producers and schedulers are working together to assign appropriate talent.
- Ensuring all production activities are on-time and on-budget.
- Act as the escalation point for post-production issues and implement positive conflict resolution techniques.
- Ensure efficient utilization and cross utilisation of resources and anticipate and plan solutions to potential challenges with staffing and resource availability across projects.
- Create/maintain strategic relationships with external post-production partners and facilities for overflow
- Collaborate with account and client teams to ensure creative productions meet client expectations and remain on-brand message
- Ongoing review of post-production process and practices with an eye toward enhancing profitability and increasing effectiveness including a key focus on innovation and automation
- Identify, support, and drive automation opportunities to minimize manual workflows
- Solve production and technical issues with the production and technical support team
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure our post-production operations are operating to optimum profit
- Contribute to Hogarth Worldwide Spain office agency culture by exhibiting ownership, professionalism, passion, and leading by example
