- Assist in the creation of visual content, including images and videos, using artificial intelligence tools
- Collaborate in art direction, contributing creative ideas and helping shape the visual identity of projects

We are looking for an experienced Producer to manage different special action projects in advertising campaigns. This role is key to ensuring the flawless execution of unconventional projects such as brand activations, immersive experiences, live events, and special content for multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination and a problem-solving approach, working closely with clients, internal teams and external suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise all stages of special actions, from conceptualisation to final execution.
- Ensure that all projects meet creative, budget and time targets
- Act as the main point of contact between client, creative teams, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, including designers, associate producers, technicians and freelancers
- Create and manage detailed budgets for special actions, ensuring value for money and cost compliance
- Negotiate with suppliers and contract external services as required
- Manage permits, contracts and legal aspects necessary to implement projects in specific locations or unconventional contexts
- Oversee installation, assembly and disassembly of production elements
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop unique concepts that surprise and connect with audiences
- Explore new technologies and trends to implement innovative solutions for special actions
- Identify potential risks during the development and execution of the actions, proposing preventive and corrective solutions
- Monitor the impact of special actions, collecting key data and reporting to the client

Responsabilities
- Support in the video editing department.
- Support in the planning and coordination of the complete processes of film, video and television editing and post-production, controlling the state and availability of equipment and materials, carrying out the editing by integrating post-production tools, according to the indications of the director or producer, providing their own criteria.
- Use of specific tools for editing and finalising videos and spots.
- Preparing the necessary materials for editing and post-production.
- Support in the coordination of the final editing and post-production processes until the final audiovisual product is generated.
- Help in the coordination with the rest of the team for the production of audiovisual works.
- High knowledge in editing.
- Knowledge and handling of at least two of the following tools: Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Previous experience in video editing for advertising will be an asset.
- Knowledge and/or interest in other post-production processes would be an asset: VFX composition, 3D modelling or Motion Graphics.
