We are looking for a Runner for the BOSS Store La Cañada, located in the La Cañada Shopping Centre (Marbella).

• 16 hours per week.
• Previous experience in retail warehouse operations, as a Runner, Stock Assistant, or Sales Associate.
• We are looking for energetic and positive individuals eager to work.
• Responsible candidates with strong values, willing to learn and contribute to the team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends (Monday to Sunday).
• Afternoon shifts only.
• Immediate incorporation.

• Physically manage stock and its movement, maintaining an effective flow and storage process to improve and streamline the customer experience.
• Manage the flow of products between the stockroom and the sales floor.
• Support all operations related to loss prevention.
• Efficiently utilize business systems and the latest technologies.
• Promote the use of all available tools, ensuring proper execution of procedures and compliance with policies.
  
  
  

• Previous experience in a similar management role within a retail and/or warehouse environment.
• Physical ability for loading and unloading.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the business.

• Willingness to learn and develop continuously.

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Runner to join our team at the BOSS Outlet Mallorca, located at Autopista Palma-Inca KM 7.1, C.C. Mallorca Fashion Outlet 07010 - Marratxí.

• Responsible for physical stock management and movement as well as maintaining the effective overall stock flow and storage process to improve and speed up the customer experience
• Managing product flow between stockroom & sales floor
• Supporting in all operations for loss prevention
• Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
