What will you do as a Change Management Intern?

You’ll be part of a team that designs and delivers change management strategies for some of the most innovative companies. Your role will include:

• Supporting digital transformation projects that redefine how businesses operate.
• Assisting in the adoption of AI tools like M365 Copilot and Gemini Workplace.
• Contributing to the deployment of platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Salesforce.
• Helping create internal communication plans, training programs, and cultural change initiatives.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and monitoring the impact of change initiatives.

Professional profile:

• Education: preferably Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Great knowledge of Spanish, English and Catalan as some of our clients are international.
• You are driven to strategic cybersecurity and technology.

You will perform functions related to:

• Offensive Security
• Security auditing
• Information security governance
• Definition of strategic security plans
• Definition of KPIs, KRIs, KGIs and support and monitoring scorecards
• Definition and development of security regulatory frameworks
• Security Management Systems, based on ISO27001
• Regulations and reference frameworks: Information Protection (GDPR), PCI-DSS, PSD2, etc.
• Definition of security requirements for developments and services.
• Risk assessment (MAGERIT, OCTAVE, ISO3100, etc).
• Definition and development of training and awareness programmes in Information Security, both for employees and Senior Management.
• Business Continuity Management System (ISO22301)
• You will have the opportunity to obtain different certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, Data Protection Specialist, ISO27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, ISO22301 Lead Auditor/Implementer).
