Contexto
Skello está reclutando Sales Development Representatives para ayudar a los diferentes profesionales a los que nos dirigimos (hostelería e industria). Desde el gerente de un restaurante hasta el director de recursos humanos en un grupo hotelero, tu misión será acompañarlos hacia el éxito proporcionando soluciones.
Nuestro equipo de ventas representa un equipo clave en el crecimiento de Skello. Al unirte a este equipo, te conviertes en la primera línea del ciclo de ventas. Buscarás prospectos fríos, identificarás y atraerás las mejores oportunidades comerciales para apoyar al equipo ejecutivo de ventas en su desempeño. A través de resultados tangibles, medirás tu impacto en el crecimiento de la empresa y aumentarás la cartera de clientes. Aportarás valor añadido a nuestros clientes abordando sus problemas diarios y ofreciéndoles una herramienta intuitiva y confiable.

Misiones
- Identificar actores clave en el mercado al cual serás asignado/a
- Crear oportunidades de venta con clientes potenciales a través de diferentes canales (llamadas en frío, correos electrónicos en frío, etc.)
- Calificar las necesidades del prospecto y despertar su interés por Skello
- Obtener una cita para una demostración del producto con tus prospectos para el equipo de Account Executives con quienes trabajarás de cerca
- Seguir el progreso de las negociaciones en curso con los Account Executives
- Participar en la evolución de los procesos y técnicas de ventas: nuevas técnicas de prospección, ayudar a aumentar las tasas de penetración en el mercado, etc
- Nativo en español con un profundo conocimiento de la cultura local en España
- Fluidez en inglés y/o francés, ambas son una gran ventaja
- Experiencia en Gestión de Cuentas, Desarrollo de Negocios o Ventas Vendedor nato: dinámico, persuasivo y proactivo
- Te describes a ti mismo/a como emprendedor/a y disfrutas asumiendo responsabilidades
- Tienes una fuerte mentalidad de crecimiento, estás dispuesto/a a aprender y mejorar, y puedes aceptar feedback de manera positiva resiliente: no te rindes fácilmente y comprendes que el éxito no siempre es lineal

⚡️As a Growth Analyst, You Will
Within the Paid Acquisition team (Marketing & Sales team department) and based in Barcelona, your mission is to drive, plan and execute new growth projects for the PPC team on all markets.
Your role consists of setting up, developing and scaling new paid acquisition levers to maintain high growth standards.
This is a strategic role for papernest since you will be working on new topics with high growth potential for all the markets as well as a great opportunity to learn go to market strategies and project management skills. Your role will cover several areas : digital marketing, cross team project management, SEA, data analysis and everything it takes to efficiently put in place and test new initiatives.
You will be the owner of the profitability of these initiatives being responsible for the KPIs of the e2e funnel, from acquisition costs to conversion rate to revenues.
- Identify high potential growth projects :
- Study new acquisition channels and/or market opportunities (internally or externally) like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok, affiliation;
- Structure your approach to prioritize those initiatives based on growth, impact, resources and other criteria;
- Benchmark our competitors and others sectors to find the best practices.
- Project Management:
- Coordinate with the PPC team to launch projects with the right stakeholders;
- Coordinate with other teams (Operations, Data, CRM etc.) to ensure the initiative have the right environment to perform;
- Promote a test & learn dynamic to continuously improve the results of your tests.
- Analyze :
- Analyze daily and weekly performances (profitability, deep-dive analysis, actions, recommendations etc.);
- Work closely with all teams (PPC and the others) to challenge the performances, propose improvement actions, and decide to scale/stop the initiatives.

- Having attended engineering or a business school
- Experience in analysis : you master Excel, SQL is a plus
- Having an experience in marketing is an asset
- Strong sense of ownership and project management
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders
- Bilingual in French and English, Spanish is a plus

As an SEO Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in defining our growth strategy while leading our marketing teams to optimize our online performance.
Your Future Missions
- Develop a long-term organic growth strategy that increases revenue and profitability tenfold through non-paid channels ;
- Identify and analyze market opportunities using internal and external data to prioritize high-impact actions ;
- Design tactical roadmaps to guide the team in alignment with the company’s global objectives ;
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to organic acquisition (traffic, conversion rate, retention) and adjust strategies accordingly ;
- Use quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights and optimize actions based on results ;
- Conduct regular performance audits to identify areas for improvement, growth opportunities, or potential bottlenecks ;
- Lead the SEO and marketing team (around 4-5 people), ensuring the implementation of best SEO practices and the effective execution of projects ;
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal teams (product, marketing, data, etc.), ensuring alignment with strategic priorities ;
- Drive internal change by developing new processes and methods to enhance operational efficiency related to organic growth efforts ;
- Explore and implement new growth levers (new markets, partnerships, product optimizations) based on insights and market opportunities.
- We value experience in scale-up / startup, if you have at least 3 years in SEO / Organic acquisition it’s great match. But if you don’t we can value demanding, fast-paced and structured environment like top tier consulting firm ;
- You are proficient in data analysis and can translate insights into actionable recommendations to guide strategic decisions ;
- While you don’t need specific expertise in digital marketing or SEO, you have a strong interest in managing complex projects and collaborating with specialists in these fields ;

- You are fluent in both Italian and English
