Position: Business Analyst

The business analyst will be responsible for forecasting & modelling, identifying market and molecule (originator, biosimilars) trends. Commercial landscape / pipeline analysis elaborating SWOT analysis vs competitors. The analyst will collect, analyze, structure, prepare, and summarize market insights and assumptions in a comprehensive well-structured manner so solid commercial decisions can be properly made. The scope will be global, although it might vary on a case-by-case basis. He/she will be autonomous in the execution of this role, but in close collaboration with the BD commercial team and other functional teams.

mAbxience is a strong player in the biosimilar field, set to become one of the leaders in this industry. With a highly skilled team of professionals, it has developed a pipeline of 7 biosimilars, representing over USD 45B in originator sales value. With 3 manufacturing sites in Spain and Argentina and 2 products on the market, it has developed itself from an early-stage biotech company into a full-fledged successful biopharma organization. The majority are owned by Fresenius Kabi and the minority by Insud Pharma, it has a strong basis in the pharma industry and focus on long term success. As the main business model is sales through partners, business development deals are at the heart of the company. mAbxience has multiple products entering the EU and US in the coming years, therefore creating an exciting opportunity of growth for a business Analyst

What are we looking for? 🔎

- Understand and identify market / molecule / product trends.

- Collect, structure and analyze market insights and assumptions.

- Forecasting & modelling product performance

- Elaborate Business cases: prepare PnL / develop ad-hoc power points presentations

- Create / manage pipeline database / dashboard reports

- Create / manage Competitor landscape information

- Downpayments monitoring

What do you need? 🤓

· Global role which requires high level of English.

· Analytical thinking & ability to coherently organize information (in speech and in writing) – Ability to synthesize and crystallize efficiently big chunks of data.

· Database management / Power BI

· Forecasting knowledge will be a plus

· High level in excel and power point.

· Communication skills: good ability to moderate a meeting (maintain people’s attention, align them in conversation, keep them on track, reach the purpose of the meeting etc.

· Positive, proactive / can-do attitude, fast thinker, dynamic self-starter, flexible, committed

· Team player.

· Travels: Ability to travel occasionally
