As a Creative Designer, you will work in a dynamic international environment, contributing directly to our global growth. This involves ensuring cultural and market-specific relevance and working hands-on to see these localized assets through to final implementation.
Responsibilities:

- Independently design and produce a wide range of digital and offline marketing materials, including but not limited to website visuals, social media assets, offline event collateral.
- Partner closely with local marketing teams to develop and execute localized campaigns from concept to final delivery.
- Create visual summaries and internal promotional materials for campaign wrap-up reports.
- Ensure all outputs adhere to global brand guidelines while effectively addressing local market nuances and preferences.
Qualifications:
- Few design experience with a portfolio, showcasing expertise in both digital and print design, and the ability to independently execute design tasks and art direction thoughts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, Keynote, and other design tools. In additional, video editing or content creating skills are highly desirable as well.
- Strong initiative and self-drive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintain high attention to detail and quality.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in French or German is highly desirable, as these represent our primary markets.
- Capability and open minded to work in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively across markets.
