As a senior member of the Iberia HR team, you will work in close partnership with regional and global HR functions to ensure strategic alignment while addressing local business priorities and legal requirements.
This role is designed for an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in influencing senior leaders, guiding complex people decisions, and translating business strategy into sustainable organizational outcomes.
The Role
In This Role, You Will
- Act as the primary strategic HR partner to the Iberia Leadership Team, advising on organizational, leadership, talent, and culture-related decisions.
- Translate business strategy, market dynamics, and organizational challenges into a clear and impactful people agenda.
- Coach, challenge, and support senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, team performance, and decision-making.
- Shape and steer key people priorities across Iberia, including workforce strategy, talent and succession planning, performance management, and engagement.
- Play a leading role in organizational change and transformation initiatives, supporting business evolution and cultural development.
- Ensure alignment between local business needs and regional/global HR strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Sponsor and guide strategic HR initiatives and projects across Iberia, working closely with Centres of Expertise and HR Shared Services.
- Use data, insights, and external benchmarks to inform leadership discussions and anticipate future organizational and capability needs.
- Foster strong collaboration across HR and with key stakeholders to ensure a consistent and high-quality leadership and employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Extensive experience as senior HR Business Partner, operating at leadership-team level in a multinational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and challenge senior leaders with credibility and impact.
- Strong expertise across strategic HR disciplines, including organizational design, talent and succession planning, leadership development, and change management.
- Proven experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, including employee relations and collaboration with Works Councils.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect people-related decisions to commercial and operational outcomes.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and make sound judgments with incomplete information.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience supporting a regional or multi-country scope.
- Exposure to business roles outside of HR (e.g. general management, sales, or marketing).
You are a strategic and credible HR leader who builds strong partnerships with senior stakeholders. You are comfortable influencing without formal authority, balancing challenge with support, and navigating complex organizational dynamics. You combine long-term thinking with pragmatic execution and are motivated by strengthening leadership capability, shaping healthy cultures, and enabling sustainable business performance.
