Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer, based in Barcelona, Madrid or Tenerife. The Corporate Lawyer will handle a variety of legal tasks including client company formation and ensuring initial compliance, drafting contracts, providing expert advisory on business and corporate law, and assisting in fiscal migration, obtaining VISAs, real estate conveyancing and regulatory matters. The role requires close collaboration with accounting, tax, and payroll professionals to ensure comprehensive services for international clients establishing businesses in Spain.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Business Law
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
• Ability to learn new rigurous processes and execute accordingly.
• Strong analytical and research skills to navigate international regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in business setup processes, fiscal migration, and corporate governance
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in international business laws, particularly related to the EU, is highly desirable
