Requerido

• Titulado en Ingeniería. Principalmente conocimientos en Tecnologías Industriales, Telecomunicaciones, Aeronáutica, Informática, Ciencia de datos, Mecatrónica.

Uno de nuestros clientes, una destacada empresa en la industria de la energía con sede en Barcelona, está en busca de un/a Data Analyst para integrarse a su equipo y contribuir a la transformación de datos en valor estratégico para la organización.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

• Analizar grandes volúmenes de datos complejos para identificar patrones, tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
• Desarrollar paneles interactivos e informes avanzados en Power BI que impulsen la toma de decisiones estratégica.
• Diseñar, implementar y optimizar procesos automatizados utilizando Power Automate.
• Colaborar con equipos internos para detectar y automatizar áreas críticas de eficiencia operativa.
• Escribir scripts en R o Python para procesamiento de datos, modelado estadístico y desarrollo de soluciones personalizadas.
• Explorar e implementar soluciones de inteligencia artificial o tecnologías low-code para resolver retos empresariales específicos.
• Asegurar la calidad, integridad y seguridad de los datos procesados.
• Documentar de forma clara los procesos, flujos de trabajo y desarrollos técnicos realizados.

¿Qué necesitas para hacer match?

• Formación: Grado en Ingeniería, Estadística, Matemáticas, Informática, Economía o áreas afines al análisis de datos.
• Experiencia: 3-4 años en roles similares, trabajando con grandes volúmenes de datos estructurados y no estructurados.

Conocimientos técnicos:

• Dominio avanzado de R o Python para análisis y manipulación de datos.
• Experiencia en Power BI para visualización de datos avanzada.
• Experiencia en automatización de procesos con Power Automate.
• Familiaridad con soluciones de IA y plataformas low-code como Microsoft Power Apps.

Soft Skills:

• Alta capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
• Excelente comunicación con perfiles técnicos y de negocio.
• Proactividad e iniciativa para identificar y liderar mejoras operativas.

Identify and define the best strategy for your hiring plan, implement the best way to screen candidate’s CV (sourcing, event, synergies, communities…), being bold!

Get in touch and qualify your candidates (doing interviews) to support them in their job investigation you will act as real coach.

Manage and organize candidates/clients’ meetings.

Optimize talent attraction and employer branding to find the best solution.

Build a trustful and strong relationships with your business partner to advise, influence and impact on the recruiting success.

Be a real leverage for your candidate’s career plan, building of social and trust relationships.

Governance: manage your business unit and choose the strategy to follow to duplicate your business

Be part of the team by sharing your results and ideas to optimize the process and organization.

You have experience as a business developer for a recruitment agency or a startup. (This is not a must)

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, that allow you to move in a fast and challenging environment.

International by speaking fluently English and Spanish.

You are a methodic and organized person, showing the ability to multitask in an innovating environment.
