Présentation de la structure
ACTALIA est un centre technique agroalimentaire multi-filières (180 collaborateurs, 12 implantations en France). Le Pôle ACTALIA sensoriel réalise des études sensorielles avec des jurys spécialisés et des consommateurs. Celles-ci sont demandées par des entreprises agro-alimentaires et des distributeurs et sont réalisées dans le cadre d’innovation, de rénovation ou de suivi qualité de productions.
Description du poste et des missions
ACTALIA Sensoriel recherche pour son laboratoire d’analyses sensorielles de Bourg en Bresse (01) un(e) technicien(ne) chargé(e) d’organiser les dégustations de produits.
Il S’agit D’un Poste Polyvalent. Vous Serez En Charge, Avec D’autres Techniciens Et Chargés D’études Présents Sur Le Site, De
- la réception et l’enregistrement au laboratoire des produits à tester, voire de leur achat en magasins,
- la préparation des dégustations (mise en place de la salle de dégustation) et des produits (découpe, réchauffage, cuisson…) selon des protocoles précis propres à chaque étude,
- l’organisation des dégustations avec des consommateurs ou des jurys entrainés (planning de tests et protocoles à respecter).
- La gestion de la cuisine (entretien nettoyage, suivi du matériel)
- L’accueil des dégustateurs, leur convocation aux tests.
Nous recherchons une personne dynamique, organisée, appréciant le travail en équipe mais faisant néanmoins preuve d’autonomie. Nécessité d’aisance relationnelle pour intégration à l’équipe et contact avec le public participant aux tests.
Profil recherché : BAC à BAC +2 (formation agro-alimentaire ou restauration-service), ou personne bénéficiant d’une première expérience dans ce profil de poste.
Connaissances informatiques de base + Permis B nécessaires

What You’ll Bring Along
- You completed your studies in the field of Economics, HR Management, Psychology or similar
- You are fluent in Spanish and English; and we are happy if we can speak in a third language
- You have consolidated experience of around 4 years in HR generalist positions, with focus on and passion for talent attraction and selection
