We are THEMRISE, a dynamic and growing company in the field of theming and decoration of large spaces internationally.

We are seeking a Site Manager for immediate incorporation into an international project in the United Kingdom.

Languages:

English – B2/C1 technical level

French – B2 level (very valuable)

Supervision and coordination of structural and artistic/themed installations.

On-site team management.

Schedule monitoring, cost control, and deadline compliance.

Drawing interpretation and technical coordination with the engineering office.

Quality control, health & safety compliance, and site supervision according to regulations.

• Degree in any of these degrees: Engineering (Civil, Public Works, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial). Architecture.


• Previous experience of at least 5 years in managing construction projects or similar sites.


• Ability to coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary work teams.


• Advanced knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations applicable to construction projects.


• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.


• Mastery of digital tools and project management software.

Software proficiency:

• AutoCAD


• Microsoft Excel


• Trello

Participation in an international project.
