About WELZ

The Role

As an Investment Analyst, you will join the investment team and play a key role in the company’s growth. This is a diversified position involving investment sourcing, analysis of new opportunities, and participation in transaction negotiation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the investment sourcing process, including preliminary feasibility studies and detailed operational and financial analysis
• Build, update, and run financial models, including sensitivity analyses, and present clear, structured recommendations to management
• Prepare investment memoranda and marketing materials for investment committee review
• Support and manage relationships with external stakeholders such as developers, advisors, and other partners

Requirements

• Degree in business, engineering, economics, finance, or a related field with strong academic performance
• Strong motivation to contribute to a growing company and alignment with WELZ’s investment philosophy
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to perform well in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
• Strong learning agility and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Naturally curious, analytical, and continuously seeking improvement
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); additional European languages (Portuguese, Italian, French) are a plus
• High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
• Availability to start within a reasonable timeframe
