• Versatile in project management tools (e.g., Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent English communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end design for complex digital products. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and business impact, and is proficient in tools like Figma for creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Experience managing complex design projects
• Deep understanding of the full product development lifecycle
• A collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with design systems, accessibility standards (A11y), user research, content strategy, or Agile environments is a plus.
