The Technical Consultant Intern has a central role in the planning, design, installation, implementation and optimization of SAS solutions to various customers. You will be the one that sets up, configures and tweaks the software so that it runs as good as it can for the customer.

Requisitos
- Idiomas: Inglés (certificado oficial B2 o equivalente)
- Estudios mínimos: FP o Grado en Administración de Empresas, relaciones laborales o ámbitos similares.
- No se requiere experiencia, pero sí ¡ganas de aprender!
- Espíritu colaborador y mentalidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Motivación, iniciativa y autonomía.
- Dotes de comunicación y liderazgo.
- Conocimientos básicos de Excel para la carga de datos y tratamiento de la información.
Buscamos un perfil con ganas de embarcarse en proyectos nacionales e internacionales de implantación, mantenimiento y evolución de Workday, solución cloud para la gestión integral de Recursos Humanos. Tras superar un proceso de formación y certificación en la herramienta, las actividades a realizar incluirán la participación en:
- Toma de requerimientos funcionales y técnicos y configuración del sistema conforme a las decisiones de diseño.
- Conducción de talleres de diseño, validación y realización de demos.
- Diseño, ejecución de pruebas y soporte a otros equipos en la realización de las mismas.
- Documentación de los requerimientos técnicos y funcionales y actualización de dichos entregables cuando los cambios en la configuración así lo requieran.
- Capacitación de los usuarios finales y equipo interno a través de sesiones de formación y transferencia de conocimiento.
- Colaboración con equipos de HR, datos, IT o seguridad, tanto internos como de cliente, garantizando alineamiento entre los distintos equipos, la toma de decisiones consensuada y el éxito de la implantación.
- Soporte post-arranque de la herramienta, incluyendo la monitorización, diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias.
- Implementación de nuevas funcionalidades de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio y novedades liberadas por Workday.
