We are Applus+ Laboratories, the division of the Applus+ Group that provides testing, certification and product development engineering services.

In Electrical and Electronics department, we test different products throughout their useful life, for sectors such as the automotive, aeronautical, railway and industrial sectors.

We have Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Electrical Safety, Climatic and Vibration (NVH) laboratories for product development and obtaining international certifications for market access.

We are currently growing and we are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team.

What will your day to day be like?

• Responsible for the planning, coordination and production control of the projects.
• Schedule project timelines and lead the planning and implementation.
• Coordination between customer requirements and laboratories.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements with each laboratory involved.
• Monitor and report the progression of the project, both to laboratories and customer.
• Solving problems and scheduling deviations when needed.
• Report to the Project Management Office Manager, and keep the project stakeholders up to date about the project status including changes to scope, milestones and risks.
• Use great interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain relationships with other people involved in the project.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the project status within and beyond the project team.

What do we look for in you?

• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Experience in project management field in consumer electronics or automotive desirable.
• Ability to think analytically, quantitatively, and creatively.
• Used to work in a dynamic and International Environment.
• Have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Have ability to prioritise and multitask between multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong interest in finding practical solutions to complex business problems.
• Ability to plan and manage deployment of physical and financial resources to meet project milestones.
• Have fluent written and verbal English language capability is a must.
