The position aims to deliver high-value solutions in collaboration with key customers and business departments. The candidate will work in a team to develop full-stack applications and services that support core business capabilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience in the .NET stack, strong backend development skills, and end-to-end development lifecycle expertise.

What will you do

- Build and evolve AI-enabled applications from early prototypes to production systems

- Collaborate closely with product managers and analysts during ideation and discovery phases

- Design, architecture, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services like APIs, MCPs, databases and messaging systems

- Rapidly experiment with new ideas and iterate based on feedback and data

- Participating in DevOps activities: CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting

- Take ownership of software components for products emerging from ideation initiatives

- Continuously explore new development tools, frameworks, and AI-related capabilities

- Share learnings and support other teams through knowledge exchange

What you bring & who you are

- Several years of hands-on experience as a software engineer using .NET

- Strong craftsmanship mindset and pride in building quality software

- Deep experience working across backend components (REST APIs, relational and non-relational databases, messaging queues, etc.), using modern architectural and design patterns

- Genuine and proven interest in AI-enabled features and intelligent applications

- Enjoy working in ambiguous environments where problems are not fully defined

- Ability to balance speed of experimentation with production quality

- Team-oriented, curious, and eager to learn

- Fluent in English; German is a plus
