Our client, a German technology company in the international scale-up phase, is seeking Full-stack engineers with a product mindset and enthusiasm for solving real challenges, automating complex processes with clean, scalable, and intelligent solutions.
Tasks

- Design and develop full-stack features (React, Node, TypeScript)

- Create solutions that automate complex fulfillment processes

- Work in agile squads (5-7 people) with designers, PMs, and other developers

- Review code, test, and continuously deploy (CI/CD, maximum quality)

- Think like an architect: performance, reliability, and user experience

- Mentor more junior profiles and propose ongoing technical improvements

Requirements

- Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js

- Knowledge of APIs (REST, GraphQL) and web development best practices

- Comfortable working with Git in collaborative environments and team workflows (pull requests, branches, code reviews)

- Product-driven mindset: you care about the end user and real-world impact

- Desire to contribute, learn and build as a team
