We are looking for Event Coordinators or enthusiastic freshers to assist our team during a 2-day event in Barcelona, Spain. The ideal candidates will be well-presented, professional, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support event setup, registration, and guest coordination
• Assist attendees and exhibitors with queries
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event operations
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout the event
