The role : Digital Sales Representative - English Speaking (M/F/X)
As a Digital Sales Representative, you will sit at the crossroads of sales, marketing, and automation. Your mission? Build and maintain a continuous stream of qualified business opportunities by launching multichannel outbound initiatives — with a strong focus on automation and strategic messaging.
You’ll be responsible for keeping a steady flow of activity and visibility around Ekkiden’s key areas of expertise, targeting our European markets (French, Spanish, German and Swiss), and helping generate leads both for yourself and for the wider sales team.
Responsabilities
- Build & Run Multichannel Campaigns: Design, test, and deploy outbound strategies using LinkedIn, email, phone, etc., across France, Spain, Germany and Switzerland.
- Marketing-Driven Sales: Shape sequences based on Ekkiden’s expertises to spark interest and engagement from qualified prospects.
- Automation & Tooling: Co-develop workflows with our Growth Engineer to scale prospecting efforts effectively.
- Inbound Treatment & Warm Calling: Take charge of the leads you (or others) generate — with proactive outreach and qualification.
- Lead Nurturing: Keep your pipeline warm and structured with personalized follow-ups and content.
- Sales Enablement & Creativity: Help build impactful sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and custom outreach approaches by working closely with the marketing department.
- CRM Ownership: Ensure HubSpot is always clean, up to date, and reflects your activity accurately. Maintain and iterate our HubSpot Dashboards, improve Workflows and identitfy new features.
- Growth Projects: You’ll also be encouraged to propose and pilot new initiatives based on data and your own insights.
- Documentation & Trainings: Participate in documentation processes, best practices and key elements to gather main information together. Participate in training given to other functions regarding your expertise.
- Master’s student in marketing, business, or digital-related field, with a real interest in sales and outbound acquisition.
- You’re structured, autonomous, and comfortable with tools like CRM, automation platforms, LinkedIn, email outreach, etc.
- A first experience using HubSpot CRM would be a plus
- You’re fluent in English — it’s your daily working language.
- You’re a doer: you take initiative, test things fast, and always iterate for impact.
- You’re comfortable on the phone, resilient, and motivated by goals.
- Bonus: You love turning cold contacts into hot leads.
