Job Description:

You will be a key member of the team! Your responsibilities will include:

• Participation and support in the monthly closing processes both at the Corporate and Business levels; identifying and explaining variations from the expected budget and the subsequent reforecasts.
• Supporting the tasks required for the preparation of the annual budget and reforecasts.
• Assistance in the development of the Group's strategic plan by projecting financial and operational magnitudes that provide information for medium/long-term strategic decision-making.
• Supporting the preparation of the Group's economic-financial information and its dissemination both internally (Management Committee, Board of Directors) and externally (stock market regulators, financial entities, rating agencies, and other public and private organizations). This task will include managing and improving our internal BI applications: SAP Analytics Cloud and Microsoft Power BI, as well as the consolidation tool SAP BPC.
• Supporting the team in the automatization of the different processes and tasks previously defined in order to be more efficient.
  
  

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Economics, Business Administration (ADE) or Double Degree in Law/Economics or Law/ADE.
• Languages: High level of English is essential.
• Office software: Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Essential knowledge of business intelligence tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud or Microsoft Power BI is an asset.
• Knowledge of the corporate accounting and consolidation tools SAP/SAP BPC, as well as Copilot for Microsoft, is an asset.
