Presales Consultant – Supply Chain & Transport Management (TMS)
We are looking for a Presales Consultant for a client in tech specialized in Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Supply Chain digital solutions, working with shippers in manufacturing and retail across international and multi-country environments.
We support our customers throughout their digital transformation journey, helping them optimize transportation, supplier relationships, and end-to-end supply chain processes through innovative software solutions.
The Role
We are looking for a Presales Consultant with a strong consultative mindset to manage the entire presale journey, working closely with the Sales team and acting as a trusted advisor for customers.
You will be responsible for deeply understanding customer challenges, guiding them through solution design and demonstrating how our TMS software can address their real business needs.
What You Will Do
- Own the full presales cycle, from early customer engagement to pre-contract handover
- Work alongside Sales, who manage the commercial relationship, while you lead solution analysis and demos
- Act as a reference point for multinational customers throughout the presales process and propose solutions based on a deep understanding of customer needs and company's software capabilities
- Deliver product demos, workshops and functional presentations
- Travel to customer sites when required
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent or native Spanish
- Fluent English
- A customer-focused, consultative approach
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes, ideally in manufacturing or retail
- Solid experience with Transport Management and TMS solutions
- Background in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Business Consulting within software/technology companies
- Good understanding of business processes and enterprise software
- Good knowledge of Project Management principles
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
