What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Data Analyst Trainee, you'll gain practical, hands-on experience in one of the most data-driven and impactful departments in hospitality. Y

As a Data Analyst Intern , you will :

• Collect and analyze internal and market data to provide actionable insights for the Sales team .
• Support the preparation of regular reports and dashboards to evaluate commercial performance and identify trends .
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving processes and efficiency within the department , providing data- driven suggestions .
• Collaborate with team members to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies .
• Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions
• Learn about market analysis , pricing strategies , and key account management
• Gain insight into how a luxury hotel brand like Grand Hyatt operates within a competitive market like Barcelona

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Full-Time Commitment: This is a paid internship, Monday to Friday. Please note that housing is not included.
• Our internship programs require 6-month availability in Barcelona.
• Educational Collaboration: You must be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school or study center.
• Work Authorization: You need to have legal authorization to work in Spain or your University must be approved for Internships in the EU.
• Relevant Career Path: Your studies should be related to the internship.
• Language Skills: Advanced English is a must and Advanced Spanish is highly valued.
