Inner Flow Studio is a Fitness & Wellness space committed to providing our clients with an exceptional experience. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Freelance Osteopath to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

Osteopathic Assessments And Treatments

Conduct thorough osteopathic assessments to evaluate patients' musculoskeletal health, posture, and overall health.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on osteopathic principles and techniques to address patients' specific needs and concerns.

Provide hands-on manual therapy, including soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, and manipulation techniques, to alleviate pain, restore function, and improve overall well-being.

Patient Education And Empowerment

Educate patients about the principles of osteopathy, their condition, and the importance of self-care and lifestyle modifications to support their healing process.

Empower patients to take an active role in their health and well-being by providing guidance on exercises, ergonomic modifications, and preventive strategies.

Collaboration And Communication

Collaborate with other Inner Flow professionals, including physicians, physiotherapists, and trainers, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for patients.

Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other members of the healthcare system to coordinate treatment plans and facilitate continuity of care.

Documentation And Record-Keeping

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Role's Requirements

Registered osteopath with a valid license to practice.

Experience working in a clinical setting, with a strong background in musculoskeletal assessment and manual therapy techniques.

Proficient in osteopathic principles and techniques, with a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing education.

Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with members. Catalan appreciated.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with patients.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a focus on empowering patients to achieve optimal integrative health and well-being.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Bring Your Own Patients or Treat Inner Flow Members

You will not pay any rental fee based on occupancy or availability.

We implement a revenue-sharing system.

Your patients get free access to Inner Flow for the session (excludes use of the Studio and Spa facilities).

If your patients join Inner Flow, they will have a special discount on the membership.

Sales by Inner Flow, availability arranged together in advance.

Please note that sessions for Inner Flow members and non-members might have different pricing.

Patients acquisition support to help you grow and improve occupancy.

Job Details

Salary: a competitive compensation on a freelance basis, with rates determined by the number of sessions scheduled.

Starting date: June 2024.
