Revenue Growth Manager (hybrid)

What will you do?

Own revenue and gross margin across every product category in Iberia —B2B and B2C. You set the forecast, find the growth, and lead the Pricing & Discount Analyst.

What you'll own

• Revenue forecast - build the annual budget and rolling forecast with a full view of business KPIs, and re-forecast by category with Finance each month.

• Performance - run the daily performance routine with stakeholders and hunt growth opportunities across categories and paid traffic.

• Offer analysis - analyse which offers perform best by category and contribute those insights to the commercial plan, which the e-commerce team defines.

• Team - manage the Pricing & Discount Analyst: set priorities, review the work and grow the person.
