i-Call International is seeking fluent Spanish-English interpreters to facilitate communication between healthcare providers and Spanish-speaking patients. This is a remote, hourly-based position, ideal for professionals experienced in medical interpretation.

• Interpretation: Accurately interpret medical terminology, diagnoses, treatments, and patient-provider conversations.
• Cultural Mediation: Assist patients in understanding healthcare processes and help providers navigate cultural differences.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Documentation: Record interpretation sessions including date, time, duration, and type.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on medical terminology and healthcare practices.

• Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in medical interpretation or translation.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems.
• Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work under pressure.

• High-speed internet (15 Mbps download/upload minimum).
• USB headset and HD webcam.
• PC/laptop (5th gen+ with minimum 8GB RAM).
• LAN/Ethernet connection recommended for stability.

• Hourly-based in EST Time Zone.
• Pay Rate: $5/hour.
• Paid training program: 80 hours over 10 business days starting April 9, 2026.
• Monthly payment via Payoneer.
• Attendance and QA bonuses available.

• Independent Contractor role.
• Remote work via OPI (audio) and VRI (video) interpretation.
• Must complete final assessment via LanguageStat to gain platform credentials.
• Limited leave during the first month (except emergencies with supervisor approval).
