The Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Publisher Sales Manager to join our growing team in Barcelona. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our publisher growth strategy — building relationships with game developers, onboarding new partners, and ensuring the success of existing accounts.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling value propositions, negotiate deals, and help shape the future of how players are rewarded for the time they invest in the games they love.

What You'll Do
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new game developers and publishing partners onto the Mega Rewards platform
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing publisher accounts, optimizing performance and deepening relationships
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to hit and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead contract negotiations and close partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless partner experience
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the gaming ecosystem
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account data using CRM tools
  • Represent Mega Rewards at industry events, conferences, and developer summits
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management — ideally in gaming, adtech, or digital media
  • Background as a Monetization Manager in gaming is a strong advantage — candidates who have managed in-game economies, ad monetization, or reward systems within a studio or publisher will be prioritized
  • A track record of hitting sales targets and closing complex partnership deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable using data to inform strategy and demonstrate value to partners
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish or other European languages are a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Barcelona and travel as needed for partner meetings and events
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
