The role oversees global teams and vendors managing data centers, cloud environments, networks, and IT support services, with a strong focus on operational excellence and innovation.

Descripción

• Lead global IT infrastructure and operations, including enterprise networks, cloud platforms, servers, storage, disaster recovery, and end-user support.
• Define and implement global infrastructure standards, architectures, and best practices.
• Oversee relationships with key technology vendors and manage infrastructure service contracts (SLAs, KPIs).
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and application teams to ensure secure and efficient infrastructure integration.
• Monitor and report on infrastructure performance, availability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed infrastructure team.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Develop and execute a global IT infrastructure strategy that supports current and future business needs.
• Ensure the high availability, performance, security, and scalability of all IT infrastructure services.
• Lead the standardization and global alignment of cloud, data center, and networking operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT operations through automation, AI-driven monitoring, and AIOps.
• Strengthen IT governance, regulatory compliance, and financial transparency and control across all infrastructure functions.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role
• Proven experience with hybrid cloud environments, enterprise networking, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices, service management, and operational excellence.
• Solid track record in leading transformation initiatives and driving innovation in infrastructure operations.
