Co-Founder / Market Partner — Spain (Barcelona — Hybrid)

I’m looking for a Spain-based Co-Founder / Market Partner to lead the launch and growth of a real estate business in Spain.

This is not an employment role. This is a long-term partnership for someone who wants to build, scale, and take ownership of a market.

Role Overview

You will take ownership of market development and growth — building supply, activating networks, and driving transactions.

The platform, infrastructure, and systems are already built and ready to scale.

This role is focused on execution, market expansion, and long-term ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow property inventory through your network
• Activate and expand local market presence
• Establish partnerships with agents, brokers, developers, and property owners
• Drive transactions and early revenue
• Lead market expansion and long-term growth

Requirements

• Based in Spain (Barcelona / Catalonia preferred)
• Strong professional background (real estate, business, or investment)
• Established network or access to market opportunities
• Ability to contribute through relationships, network, or resources
• Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term commitment
• Comfortable taking ownership and building from the ground up

Strong Advantage

• Real estate experience or deep market familiarity
• Access to listings, brokers, developers, or property owners
• Background in investment, business ownership, or strategic partnerships
• Existing client base, network, or deal pipeline
