We’re looking for a Marketing & Automation Lead who doesn’t fit neatly into one marketing box. Not a “paid ads person” or an “SEO person” — but someone who sees the full picture across all growth levers and connects them through data, automation, and smart systems.
You’d be a great fit if you:- Come from B2C e-commerce or DTC and have driven measurable growth, not just managed campaigns.
- Have worked across traffic acquisition, CRO, retention, product, and analytics. You don’t need to be the deepest expert in each, but you understand how they connect and influence each other.
- Think in systems, not tasks. You build automated workflows, dashboards, and feedback loops before doing things manually.
- Have proven, hands-on building experience with automation and AI agents. Not side projects or prompt engineering, but real tools and pipelines you built and deployed in a professional environment that drove business outcomes.
- Are comfortable with AI tools and use them daily, not as a novelty, but as your operating system.
- Are a data person at heart. You make decisions from spreadsheets, dashboards, and evidence, not gut feeling.
- Have a strong business orientation. You understand unit economics, margins, and what actually moves the needle, not just marketing metrics.
- Are naturally curious, a self-learner who stays ahead of the curve. You don’t wait to be taught, you go find the answer and figure it out.
- Full-funnel marketing performance across 100+ markets.
- Building and scaling our automation and AI-driven marketing stack.
- Turning data into action, identifying opportunities, killing what doesn’t work, doubling down on what does.
- Working directly with the COO and CEO in a lean, high-trust environment where your ideas become reality fast.
