Sandoz Iberia is looking for a Marketing Retail (Business Analytics) Trainee to support the department. This is a unique opportunity for someone currently willing to contribute directly to keep building an effective management of the Business Unit.

The opportunity is located at the Sandoz site in Madrid.

Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

 

• Obtaining a complete picture of the BU needs, market trends and competitive environment, identifying opportunities and risks for the BU and providing strategic guidance based on the market and competition dynamics
• Developing and maintain best-in class SFE framework including Segmentation and incentive plans.
• Providing the BU with the adequate metrics to assess performance and drive strategic and tactical changes to maximize BU results and ensure efficacy and efficiency of resources
• Managing and coordinate the relevant projects for the BU
• Providing support on multichannel and digital initiatives relevant for the BU
• Support in all necessary market analysis and portfolio forecasting
  
  

 

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• University education related to Business Administration, Pharmacy or any related degrees.
• Optional: being studying a master's degree related to Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Science
• Possibility of generating an internship agreement with your university or school for at least 12 months.
• Use of Office 365 Suite office tools (Excel and Power Point).
• English Level C1.
• We are looking for a person with a high capacity for learning, planning and autonomy.

• Flexible Schedule: from Monday to Thursday from 8:00-9:30 to 17:30-19:00, on Fridays from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30.
