Main Responsibilities
- Support the forecasting process by running calculations based on pre-defined models and parameters, in close alignment with the forecasting lead.
- Collaborate with local markets to define and apply rules for cleaning historical data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Review and validate system-proposed adjustments for unusual data points and help choose the most suitable forecasting approach (e.g., statistical, manual, or patient-based).
- Monitor forecast alerts and assist in reviewing and improving results where needed, based on product segmentation and business priorities.
- Work closely with local demand planners to gather and incorporate market insights and assumptions into the forecasting process.
- Analyze past forecast performance, help identify root causes of deviations and contribute to improving accuracy through shared learning.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements by identifying areas to enhance forecasting tools, processes, and methods, and by participating in related projects.
- You are a recent graduate, ideally with some internship or summer work experience.
- You’re naturally curious, proactive, and open to challenging your own ideas.
- You enjoy working with data and have strong analytical thinking skills.
- You feel comfortable communicating your ideas clearly to others.
- You have some experience with R or Python programming (intermediate level).
- You have studied in a field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Bioinformatics, or a related area.
- You’re fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to participate in an official training program during the Graduate Program year.
