BIOPROCESS APPLICATION SPECIALIST FOR LUCULLUS ®

We are looking for a talented Bioprocess Application Specialist for Lucullus®, our software suite for bioprocess development.

APPLICATION SPECIALIST FOR LUCULLUS®

As a super user for our software platform, you play an important role in customer interactions (application support, project execution) as well as documentation.

The documentation includes user or technical manuals, release notes, and training material.

In close collaboration with the software development and testing departments, you stay up to date on Lucullus' vast digitalization capabilities and help convert it into improved bioprocessing workflows together with our industry customers.

The position offers a splendid entry into our biotech product offering with the potential to develop your role in various directions.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a bachelor's degree in biotechnology or a similar field, with good knowledge of bioprocessing

You have an affinity for IT & software and want to contribute to the digitalization and automation in the bioprocessing industry

You like to work independently, proactively, and use your strong problem-solving abilities in a goal-oriented way while collaborating and communicating well in international and intercultural settings.

Confident in spoken and written English language, additional languages are welcome (French, German)

Strong communication skills and customer interaction, comfortable with frequent direct engagements.

Preferably, you will bring experience in managing projects within an Agile framework

Hands-on experience in the (regulated) biopharma industry is a great plus

Programming and data science skills are welcome

Candidates must have the legal right to work in Switzerland.
