The role
We are seeking a Senior ESG Partnerships Manager to lead and manage strategic partnerships within the tech and ESG space, fostering key relationships across global markets.
You will be responsible for growing Sedex’s global partner ecosystem across industries—including audit providers, technology companies and resellers.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Partner Growth & Market Expansion:
- Identify, onboard, and nurture key global partners to drive business growth and expand Sedex’s presence across various sectors, including tech, consultancy, and mid-market resellers.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow Sedex’s global partner network, ensuring alignment with ESG and SaaS goals while expanding reach in key markets.
- Collaborate with sales teams and regional leadership to align partner strategies with Sedex’s revenue and market expansion objectives globally.
Partner Onboarding, Enablement & Performance Management:
- Implement comprehensive onboarding processes for new partners, ensuring they are equipped to leverage Sedex’s offerings to maximize their success.
- Provide training and enablement programs to partners, empowering them to drive sales and deliver superior customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage partner performance globally, using data-driven insights to track sales growth and develop strategies to enhance partner success and revenue generation.
Collaboration & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners across different regions, aligning on mutual goals to drive growth and innovation.
- Represent Sedex in ESG and tech communities as a trusted voice on sustainable supply chain transformation.
- Work closely with consultancies, audit firms, and tech companies to offer integrated solutions that align with their ESG goals.
Partner Programs, Incentives & Industry Engagement:
- Design and implement global partner programs, including training, marketing, and incentives, to drive partner engagement and sales success.
- Lead partner engagement at global sustainability, procurement, and technology events to drive awareness and advocacy for responsible supply chains.
- Ensure alignment between partner programs and company objectives, tracking performance and delivering measurable results.
Sales & Channel Alignment:
- Collaborate with global sales teams to align partner activities with Sedex’s overall sales strategy and regional priorities.
- Align partner sales enablement with the broader ESG and technology vision of Sedex, ensuring partners amplify our mission across industries.
- Use data analytics and feedback loops to refine partner engagement and drive scale in high-priority ESG and supply chain markets.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles in the technology or ESG space.
- Passionate about leveraging partnerships for global good and aligning commercial success with environmental and social impact.
- Strong understanding of supply chain ESG risks and opportunities, including human rights, carbon impact, and compliance frameworks (e.g., CSRD, GHG Protocol, SBTi).
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships with trade associations, consultancies, audit firms, tech companies, and resellers.
- Experience in tech-led transformation, such as SaaS-based ESG tools, supply chain mapping platforms, or risk assessment technology. Strong understanding of ESG principles and how they intersect with business, supply chains, and technology solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and ESG concepts to diverse audiences, including C-level executives, partners, and industry groups.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- A results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving business outcomes through partnerships.
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action and measurable results—especially in sustainability, supply chain transparency, and responsible sourcing.
