• Be the trusted advisor for a major client, building lasting relationships.
• Design and implement managed services & fixed-price models that deliver real value.
• Track and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure excellence.
• Anticipate risks and solve challenges before they happen.
• Manage costs, invoicing, and contracts transparently.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagement through upselling and cross-selling.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders seamlessly.
• Provide strategic insights and progress updates to clients and leadership.

• Experienced in Service Management with a proven track record moving T&M to managed services.
• Strong commercial sense and negotiation skills in global corporate environments.
• Knowledgeable in IT/OT technologies and service delivery models.
• Skilled in SLA/KPI/risk management and complex projects.
• Fluent in English (C1), comfortable in multicultural teams.
• Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable.
