We’re hiring a Business Development Intern to help us connect with companies that want to take care of their people’s mental health. Your job will be to spark those first conversations, get them curious, and share our mission in a way that gets people genuinely onboard.

We do it by combining people and technology to remove barriers like stigma, lack of knowledge, mistrust, or cost. Our team is driven by clarity, ownership and a genuine belief that doing things right matters.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Want to join a proactive sales team that’s helping create healthier workplaces.
  • Are a native Spanish speaker (your everyday work will be mainly in Spanish) and can also communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
  • Are outgoing, approachable and enjoy connecting with people. You’ll be in touch with people constantly, and that should feel natural to you.
  • Like working independently and figuring things out.
  • Handle challenges well and don’t get lost in a fast-moving environment.
  • Genuinely care about the impact your work has on others.

Bonus points for:

  • Italian, Portuguese or other languages.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot or similar).
  • Previous BDR/SDR experience.
  • Background in Business or related studies, and some understanding of corporate sales cycles.

What you’ll do

  • Be a key driver of our business development plan within the Corporate Sales team.
  • Generate opportunities through strategic prospecting (using different channels and tools).
  • Take ownership of our outbound strategy and its success.
  • Test and shape new ways to reach potential clients, both online and offline.
  • Work independently towards clear goals (and hopefully beat them).
  • Collaborate closely with your teammates on specific projects.
