Your responsibilities will center around in-office sales activities, with a primary focus on engaging in telephone and computer-based interactions to attain sales objectives and foster robust customer relationships.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will operate within a collaborative and supportive team environment, aligning with our company's culture and implementing strategic sales techniques to drive success.

Renowned for its exceptional cleaning power, this foam is the go-to solution for efficiently and effectively cleaning a variety of vehicles and equipment, from cars and trucks to trailers, tractors, agricultural implements, and even milking robots.
Accessible to farmers and cleaning enthusiasts alike, T&T Cleaner is conveniently available at over 300 dealers spread across Canada.
This widespread availability ensures that users can easily procure this top-tier cleaning solution, no matter their location.
What sets T&T Cleaner apart is its powerful yet safe formula that swiftly removes dirt and debris from surfaces, sparing users the laborious tasks of scrubbing and brushing.
The foam's premium quality guarantees a thorough and quick cleaning experience, leaving vehicles and equipment spotless with minimal effort.
What are you going to do?Collaborate with Sales and Operations Managers to set and achieve individual and team sales targets.Conduct incoming telephone orders for T&T Cleaner, addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Proactively make outgoing sales calls, attend trade shows, and pitch T&T products to new and existing customers.Create and maintain excellent customer relations, providing product information and resolving issues.Utilize SAP for accurate order processing, ensuring customers receive the correct products at the quoted price.Collaborate with dealers to enhance synergy and support overall team success.Work closely with Logistics staff to ensure product availability and inform customers of backorders.Follow up with and provide support to help grow existing dealers.Set up new T&T dealers, following up on potential dealers and inquiries in collaboration with the team.What we are looking for?Previous experience with inside sales or a similar role.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Familiarity with SAP and Cloud4Customer (C4C) is an advantage.Positive and supportive attitude, contributing to a fulfilling work environment.Ability to work collaboratively with team members and customers/dealers.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.What we offer?Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive training and development opportunities.Supportive team culture with a focus on professional growth.A young, dynamic, and international company.Flexible workplace and working hours.Work for an innovative, evolving brand with a very high standard of quality.Remote working is an option, ideally in the Lacombe area.If you are passionate about our T&T Cleaner product line, we would like to hear from you!
