🔜 ¿En qué consiste el rol?
Vas a liderar la estrategia de marketing de todo el grupo, con impacto directo en ventas, tráfico y experiencia de cliente en todos los negocios. El posicionamiento de marca está por definir en su siguiente etapa, y serás tú quien marque el rumbo.
En el día a día esto se traduce en:
- Diseñar el plan estratégico de marketing global, alineado con Dirección General
- Liderar la planificación anual de marketing: branding, campañas y activaciones
- Supervisar la estrategia de marca y coordinar campañas comerciales en puntos de venta
- Definir la estrategia digital (performance, SEO/SEM, RRSS, CRM) y garantizar coherencia entre canales online y offline
- Coordinar con agencias y partners externos, supervisando campañas y ROI
- Definir KPIs, elaborar informes y proponer planes de acción a Dirección General
- Liderar y desarrollar el equipo de marketing

As a Product Marketing Manager working on Value Marketing, you will be responsible for the execution and optimization of EU5 campaigns to help increase Amazon Business spend value perception (e.g. deals, quantity discounts). Key job responsibilities

- Create clear, concise documentation for initiative performance and status reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and execution
- Identify and implement process and reporting improvements leveraging AI tools and Business Operations partners
- Plan and execute content testing, A/B experiments to improve campaign performance and drives incremental top line results
- Create content messaging framework on savings claims and savings promise for customer facing content
- Partner with Marketing Tech to influence roadmap and build towards CX that improves customers' discoverability of AB pricing programs
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience working in a non-internship marketing role

- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing digital enfocadas en la generación de leads cualificados.
- Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de demand generation B2B.

About The Role
As the Senior Director of Marketing for Spain & Italy (SharkNinja), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand’s regional marketing strategy while contributing to the global vision. What You’ll Do
Regional Leadership & Strategic Planning
- Represent the voice of Spanish and Italian consumers to global leadership, advocating for regional nuances in behavior, retail environments, and media landscapes
- Lead the localization and activation of global marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand standards and regional priorities
- Influence global stakeholders by identifying opportunities and requirements for success in Southern Europe, helping shape global marketing agendas

You’ll own the brand, campaigns, paid media investments, social media and partnerships for S.E., ensuring alignment with Tinder’s global vision while tailoring initiatives to resonate with local audiences.
