Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area for a Postdoctoral Research Scientist. The role involves conducting innovative research in the development of advanced rapid diagnostic test (RDT) technologies. Daily responsibilities include conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing experimental data, advancing materials and biomarker exploration, and contributing to scientific publications. Additional duties may involve mentoring junior researchers and participating in collaborative projects.

Qualifications

Requisitos Requeridos

• Más de 5 años en preventa técnica, ingeniería de ventas o consultoría de soluciones, idealmente en datos y análisis.
• Sólida experiencia en plataformas de datos nativas de la nube (Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
• Experiencia demostrada con marcos de gobernanza de datos, gestión de metadatos y soluciones orientadas al cumplimiento normativo.
• Conocimiento de los espacios de datos/ecosistemas de intercambio de datos y su papel en la colaboración interorganizacional.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con la capacidad de convertir soluciones técnicas complejas en propuestas de valor para el negocio.
• Experiencia demostrable trabajando directamente con clientes en ventas o consultoría.
  
  

Cualificaciones preferidas

• Conocimiento de los estándares emergentes en espacios de datos (p. ej., Gaia-X, IDSA, marcos de interoperabilidad).
• Certificaciones en plataformas de datos en la nube (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Familiarización con los requisitos regulatorios (RGPD, HIPAA, CCPA, etc.) que afectan la gestión de datos.
