Report and track bugs according to team standards, adding key evidences of testing and relevant information so it helps stakeholders to make decisions about it.
Capable of manually running well-defined test cases and providing enough evidence to be reviewed easily.
Works to estimates provided by supervisors and highlights any difficulty in meeting these targets.
Engages in conversations with business analysts to get some understanding about upcoming functionalities specifications.
Alerts superiors when work is blocked by defects or other problems so that other work can be completed.
Qualifications
1+ year experience as QA or similar position
Understanding of SDLC and STLC
Good understanding of testing and QA concepts
Experience/knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Fast learning and flexibility to digest the knowledge of business required.
SQL knowledge
Basic API testing knowledge
Advanced English Level
Attention to detail in testing activities
Self-organized and good own time management
Able to prioritize tasks and finish them to meet work estimates
Passionate about continuously improving and learning
Basic understanding of insurance business processes.
