• Traducción de Requerimientos: Convertir los requerimientos de negocio en especificaciones funcionales claras y detalladas para el equipo de desarrollo.
• Documentación Funcional: Crear y mantener actualizada la documentación funcional de los proyectos, incluyendo historias de usuario, casos de uso, diagramas de flujo y especificaciones detalladas en Confluence.
• Gestión de Proyectos en Jira: Administrar y parametrizar proyectos en Jira, incluyendo la creación y gestión de flujos de trabajo, paneles y sprints.
• Colaboración con Equipos: Actuar como intermediario entre los equipos de negocio, desarrollo y QA para asegurar un entendimiento común de los requerimientos y la correcta implementación de las funcionalidades.
• Pruebas Funcionales: Participar en la definición de los planes de pruebas funcionales y colaborar con el equipo de QA para garantizar la calidad del producto final.
• Mejora Continua: Analizar los procesos actuales y proponer mejoras para optimizar la eficiencia y la experiencia del usuario.

Requisitos y Habilidades:

• Formación Académica: Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, o campos afines.
• Experiencia Profesional: Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Analista Funcional en proyectos de desarrollo de productos web.
• Experiencia con Jira y Confluence: Amplia experiencia demostrable en la administración, configuración y uso avanzado de Jira y Confluence. Se valorará el conocimiento de extensiones como Scriptrunner.
• Metodologías Ágiles: Profundo conocimiento de metodologías ágiles como Scrum.
• Habilidades de Documentación: Capacidad excepcional para redactar documentación técnica y funcional de manera clara y precisa.
• Habilidades Analíticas: Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de pensamiento crítico para entender problemas complejos y proponer soluciones efectivas.
• Habilidades de Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para interactuar eficazmente con perfiles tanto técnicos como de negocio.

Se Valorará Adicionalmente:

• Conocimientos técnicos en áreas como microservicios y APIs.
• Experiencia en el diseño de interfaces de usuario y aplicaciones.
• Conocimiento de herramientas de modelado como UML.
• Certificaciones en Jira, Confluence o metodologías ágiles.
