We sell to CMOs and CSOs at large B2C service companies. Our buyers care about speed to lead, conversion rates and CAC. If you understand customer acquisition funnels, you’ll speak their language. We target mid-market and enterprise clients, with high ACV and low churn.

We’re in growth mode, looking for early adopters eager to implement AI agents right now. That’s where you come in.

Your mission is to build a steady pipeline of qualified leads with early adopters across Spain and Europe (languages are a plus!).

You'll work closely with me (Carlos) and play a key role in building a fast-growing sales team from scratch.

🎯 What you’ll do

• ☎️ Own outbound: execute across channels and verticals (cold calls, LinkedIn, email, in-person)
• 🤝 Participate in closing deals: shadow discovery calls, participate in demos and negotiations
• 📕 Write the sales playbook: document what works and double down on it
• 🚀 Lay the groundwork to scale: help define the sales team and lead the next hires

• 🛍️ First taste of selling or customer-facing work: retail, hospitality, a side hustle, anything where you've had to persuade or build rapport counts
• 📍 Based in Madrid or willing to relocate and work from our beautiful office in the heart of Madrid
• 💪🏼 "Get sh*t done" energy: bias toward action
• 🎙️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• 🇪🇺 Fluent in Spanish and English (a third language is a plus)
