Job Summary

Responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). This includes assisting new members in the achievement of their fitness goals by designing a simple workout program and instructing them on the proper use of equipment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment properly and safely.
• Creating creative and unique ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.
• Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist in front desk related activities including:
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check members into the system.
• New member sign-up.
• Take potential members on tours.
• Changing/updating member account information
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Team Lead, MIT or Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
• Assist in cleanliness and appearance of club.

Nuestro FULL TIME HOST motiva, enfoca e implica al resto del equipo, ejerciendo sus mismas funciones desde una clave de mayor intensidad y excelencia.

Se requieren dotes de, comunicación, organización e improvisación y sería ideal tener experiencia en trabajo con equipos.

El host siempre actúa de acuerdo con los valores fundamentales de Basic-Fit.

FUNCIONES

De la mano de su responsable, tendrá, entre otras, las siguientes misiones:

• Dar la bienvenida a los miembros actuales y futuros con entusiasmo y amabilidad.
• Vender y asesorar contribuyendo al logro de los objetivos marcados.
• Participar activamente en la limpieza y el mantenimiento del club.
• Supervisar las tareas administrativas (mantenimiento, suministros, etc.) del club.
• Contribuir a las actividades promocionales indicadas por el regional manager.
• Velar por la seguridad, el orden y la tranquilidad del club.
• Será el enlace entre el club y el regional manager y despachará semanalmente con este.

Perfil

• Alegre y profesional y con una fuerte afinidad con el mundo del deporte y el fitness.
• Es un buen comunicador, tanto escrito como oral. Orientado al cliente, tiene buenas habilidades comerciales e interpersonales y disfruta trabajando en equipo.
• Se valorará experiencia como líder de equipo, responsable o gerente de centros sea cual sea sector del mismo.
• Sabe ser flexible y tener buena resistencia al estrés.
• El inglés siempre es una ventaja.
