Creator Success Manager
Belle Muse Agency · Marbella, ES
Inglés Estrategia Marketing Indicadores clave de desempeño Edición Relaciones públicas Estrategias creativas Gestión Gestión del talento Diagnóstico
Belle Muse is an adult creator management agency based in Marbella. We handle everything for our creators — content, marketing, sales, brand strategy — and we're obsessive about getting better at it every single week. 7-day exit clause for creators. No lock-in contracts. We earn our place through results.
We're looking for a Creator Success Manager: the person who owns the creative strategy behind a roster of 4–5 creators and is responsible for growing their subscriber base through exceptional content.
- Build the creative strategy for each creator in your pod — what content to make, what hooks to use, what formats to test, what to kill
- Gather inspiration constantly — consume content across IG, TikTok, and adjacent niches. Spot what's working, understand why, and adapt it for your creators
- Write briefs that convert — every brief starts with a hook promise and a conversion intent. You're not describing a reel; you're designing a subscriber acquisition mechanism
- Own the creator relationship — weekly calls, Telegram check-ins, creative brainstorms. You are the person your creator trusts to make them grow
- Review every edit of content you briefed — closed loop, no handoffs. If the editor missed the vision, that's your brief to improve, not their problem
- Read the data daily — sub inflow, watch time, retention, engagement, follow rate. Diagnose what worked, learn, and feed it into the next brief
- Prepare content shoots — when creators come to Marbella, you arrive with 50–150 content ideas, organized by location, outfit, priority, and format
- Obsessed with content. You consume it constantly and think about why things work. You're either a creator yourself or have worked directly with creators through marketing, PR, talent management, or similar. You can name three exceptional reels you saw this week and explain exactly what made them work.
- Creative with range. You generate fresh ideas independently. Strong awareness of global pop culture — humor that lands for US, UK, and European audiences. You don't recycle trends; you understand why a trend works and find the version that fits your creator.
- Data-literate. You're comfortable reading KPIs and making decisions from them. You don't manage by feel — you manage by evidence. When a reel fails, you diagnose it from the numbers before guessing.
- A strong communicator. Clear, natural English (written and spoken). You can adapt your tone — warm and encouraging with a creator on Telegram, crisp and direct in an internal brief. Your briefs are unambiguous. Your messages land.
- Deeply empathetic but not a pushover. You build real trust with creators. You advocate for what's best for them — even when that means a hard conversation about why their content isn't performing.
- Self-directed. You own your roster without being chased. You track your tasks, maintain your schedules, close the loop. When something falls through the cracks, you catch it before anyone else notices.
- Comfortable in the adult content industry. You are not rattled by the nature of the content. You approach it professionally, without judgment, and understand that this is a legitimate creative industry with high standards.
- Your degree. Or lack of one.
- Years of experience. Obsession and taste can't be measured in years.
- Your current job title.
- Where you're from. We detest favoritism of any kind. The way up is open to everybody.
- Location: Málaga/Marbella, Spain (or willing to relocate). You can work from home most days, but you'll be expected on-site for content weeks and team sessions.
- Compensation: €2,000–4,000/month base depending on experience, plus performance bonuses tied to the growth metrics of your creators
- Travel: Periodic travel within Europe for content shoots
- Start: As soon as possible
Apply through our application form. You'll be asked a few short questions, including this one: describe three pieces of content you've seen in the last two weeks that you thought were exceptional, and explain what made them work. Take it seriously — your answer matters more than your resume.
