We are looking for a Manager to fully own daily operations in Madrid 01 - scaling to Madrid 02. This role is about leadership, structure, and execution. You will ensure the space runs flawlessly every day, without escalation
Responsibilities
Performance & reporting:
- Own and operate RIELA 01 as a standalone business unit, with full responsibility for operations, team, guest experience, and unit profitability
- Track KPIs (occupancy, reviews, incidents, costs)
- Send structured daily and weekly reports to HQ
- Propose improvements to operations and workflow
Own the studio operations end-to-end:
- Lead and manage the host team
- Set daily standards and enforce them calmly
- Oversee schedules, staffing, and coverage
- Supervise opening and closing procedures
Guarantee operational excellence:
- Maintain cleanliness and atmosphere at all times
- Control towels, laundry, stock, and supplier coordination
- Follow up on maintenance issues until resolved
- Anticipate problems before they appear
Guest experience:
- Handle incidents with composure
- Ensure every guest journey flows seamlessly
- Protect the brand standards at all times
You are:
- Experienced managing teams in hospitality, wellness, boutique hotel or member clubs
- Structured, decisive, and calm under pressure
- Detail-obsessed and operationally sharp
- Comfortable giving direction and setting boundaries
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Flexible with hours, including weekends
Bonus:
- Experience in luxury hospitality or premium wellness
- Hospitality education (EHL, Les Roches, Glion, etc.)
- Strong organisational and process mindset

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in Asturias. The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO’s diary, coordinate meetings, and handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office. Responsibilities include preparing expense reports, providing executive-level support, and managing communications on behalf of the CEO. The role requires high levels of discretion, proactive problem-solving, and organizational skills to support the CEO’s daily operations effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support.
- Experience with Expense Reports and Diary Management to ensure smooth scheduling and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, with the ability to support high-level executives efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with scheduling tools and communication platforms.
- Prior experience in a similar role or environment is highly desirable.
