Como diseñador de UX de nivel medio, desempeñarás un papel clave en la configuración de las características y los sistemas que mejoran el compromiso, la retención y la satisfacción del jugador. • De 2 a 4 años de experiencia profesional como diseñador de UX, diseñador de interacciones o función equivalente.
• Una cartera que muestra soluciones de diseño centradas en el usuario, con ejemplos de wireframes, flujos, prototipos y características enviadas y su impacto.
• Competencia con herramientas de UX como Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD o similares.
• Gran comprensión del diseño de interacción, los principios de capacidad de uso y los sistemas de diseño.
• Experiencia en la colaboración con equipos multifuncionales en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
• Capacidad de utilizar datos cualitativos y cuantitativos para informar y defender las decisiones de diseño.

The role: 

The Interaction Designer is a key member of the Verisure Design Group, reporting to the UI Design Manager.  The role will be based at our R&D centre in Madrid, Spain possibly with some European traveling required. This position is fundamental in delivering world class interaction design solutions across the Verisure digital and physical product portfolio. You will be instrumental in evolving our customer touch-points, as technology, behaviours and design patterns evolve and change. 
 

As a Junior Interaction Designer you will contribute in the creation, development, refinement, and documentation of innovative and compelling interaction design solutions that are in line with the design objectives and goals of Verisure. The position will work on both tactical projects and programs as well as more strategic and explorative workstreams.

• Take part in defining the overall experience of new products and solutions including user flows, wireframes and other documents that relates to the user experience based upon our guidelines and patterns, design system and design principles. 

• Take a hands-on role in both small and large-scale user experience projects upon request. 

• Envision and communicate concepts and ideas using appropriate design tools that illustrate touch points across the customer experience journey. 

• Bring designs to life together with colleagues in the Global Design Team, by working closely with product managers and engineers and balance technical and business requirements of the product & service being designed.

• Work with other team members to uncover insights and identify opportunities by e.g., take part of/act as observer in usability test sessions, research and/or prototyping activities.

• Be aware of the latest digital trends and industry best practices and use this knowledge to evolve products and features when and where it is appropriate. 

• Support the greater Global Design Team and UI Design Manager throughout a range of internal initiatives such as; contribute to a part of a bigger design, document existing and new solutions, explore new skills, tools, ways of working and practices under the direction of your immediate supervisor. 

• Support, contribute and take an active part in “selling” the design solution to stakeholders through presentations and project hand overs. 

• Support the IT organisation during development and validate the implementation throughout the process. 

Required Qualifications 

• 0-2 years of experience working within the domain of interaction design. 

• A University degree (preferably BA or BS degree) in an appropriate design discipline such as Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or other related design field. 

• Have a keen eye and passion for design details within UX/concept design, user centric design and innovation - with a focus on interaction design. 

• Actively and consciously apply modern interface principals to our design solutions. 

• Comfortable working with user journeys, wireframe/UI specifications. 

• Fundamental experience in UX related software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud and with the ability quickly bring ideas to life through a variety of means; from lo-fidelity concepts to functional digital prototypes. 

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a background in advertising agencies and extensive experience across various disciplines within the digital ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering visually compelling and effective designs for a diverse range of clients and projects, and will work alongside our Head of Design while mentoring and inspiring junior designers.

You would be part of the conceptualization process, thoroughly understanding brand identities and proposing fresh and innovative visual ideas that convey its messages, values, and personality, for New Business pitches and a variety of clients such us SKYN, the #1 non-latex condoms brand in the US, or Galderma, the world's largest independent dermatology company, to support their global communication across all online and offline channels.

- This position requires working from our HQ located in Barcelona.



Responsibilities

Creative Conceptualization & Execution:
-Conceptualize, develop, and execute design projects from start to finish, creating visually stunning and effective designs for various digital and offline platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, commercials and print materials
-Lead the design of client presentations, pitch documents, and other related materials, working closely with copywriters, planners, and account teams to deliver strategically sound solutions
-Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, align with the established brand voice, tone, and strategic goals, and maintain a high standard of quality and creativity
-Collaborate with the Creative Director, Head of Design, copywriters, and other team members to develop and execute creative concepts that align with client business goals and brand strategies
-Ideate video and photo shoots, contributing original, trendsetting, and innovative references, and attend to set to oversee their art direction and ensure consistency with the overall creative vision

Project Management:
-Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
-Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless project execution, prioritizing work effectively
-Ensure all assets are on brief, on brand, and aligned with channel specifics, including UI and cross-browser compatibility
-Understand and communicate all technical specifications supplied by media agencies to the team, and ensure all necessary elements like reference files and brand assets are in place before commencing work

Client Interaction:
-Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale
-Defend the creative ideas and proposals, always emphasizing how they align with client expectations and meet strategic business goals.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations

Innovation and Trends:
-Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are innovative and relevant.
-Experiment with new design techniques and technologies to push creative boundaries and elevate the quality of work.

Requirements

-Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer in a digital agency or similar environment. With a strong portfolio showcasing successfully launched client projects and concepts across broadcast work, digital, social media, and other platforms.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools, and good knowledge of all major digital channels and social media platforms, including familiarity with their technical specifications. Eager to learn and improve from new techniques and tools, including AI.
-Creative Vision: Strong conceptual and visual design skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives, an outstanding eye for great design and a passion for delivering creative work, the ability to proactively suggest improvements to briefs, and exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.
-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and feedback convincingly, and strong verbal communication skills to speak effectively with internal teams and clients.
-Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, deliver and present conceptual work and high complexity briefs while working in partnership with a Senior Creative Copywriter (both reporting to the Creative Director), and possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teams.
-Industry Knowledge: Thorough familiarity with current mainstream culture, particularly in the US, including entertainment, influencers, and trends, as well as staying up-to-date with fashion, beauty, cosmetics, and skincare trends.
