As adm Indicia continues to expand its global digital offering, we are seeking an experienced E-commerce Optimization Manager to support a major international client based in Geneva. This is a newly created role driven by scope expansion—offering a rare opportunity to shape and elevate digital delivery across multiple European markets.
You will act as the central point of expertise for all e-commerce optimisation activity, collaborating closely with our global team of specialists. Your mission: ensure best-in-class digital execution, seamless brand consistency, and continuous improvement across local market websites and third-party e-commerce platforms.
We are open to considering candidates based across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive website audits to evaluate local market alignment with global brand guidelines and UX best practices.
- Monitor and track compliance trends, documenting improvements and changes made by local teams over time.
- Review third-party e-commerce platforms, ensuring correct brand presentation and highlighting optimisation opportunities with actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate adoption of e-commerce elements, including visual identity, messaging, tone of voice, content accuracy, and asset usage.
- Document findings clearly, producing visually impactful audit reports for both client stakeholders and local markets.
- Support insights with data, leveraging analytics—including GA4—to enrich recommendations and identify best practices.
- Create actionable, market-specific recommendations that support continuous improvement and consistency.
- Stay up to date with digital and UX best practices, emerging trends, tools, and standards to enhance audit quality.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to prioritise requests and maintain clear progress updates.
- Experience working with international teams and navigating multi-market environments.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, including familiarity with third-party e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency with GA4 for performance analysis.
- Experience with social media platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation skills, including creating visually engaging and insightful slide decks.
- Proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
- Keen interest in digital marketing and staying informed on industry trends.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Experience working in restricted product categories (e.g., tobacco) is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ideally with previous agency experience.
